NHS Health Education England have a wealth of resources on infections and antimicrobial resistance and approached me to produce an animated video that introduces those resources and how to access them.
Once a script had been produced and finalised I created a storyboard for the piece.
The design of the piece needed to follow the existing look and feel created for previous HEE videos produced on antimicrobial resistance. New assets were created that followed and advanced the style,
There was a tight timescale to produce this piece using existing pixel-based graphics and not much time to produce complex animation, so I employed some 3D rotation of the assets to keep the screen alive during the exposition. The result is a slick and succinct promotion of antimicrobial resistance and the resources available.
