With Covid-19 becoming a huge challenge for NHS capacity, attracting staff to cope with patient needs is a priority. Working with NHS Health Education England I produced this video to help attract and direct people wishing to become a Healthcare Support Worker towards accessing the Accelerated Care Certificate. Working closely with the client, we honed the script to cover the objectives of informing the audience of the ACC, engaging their enthusiasm to be part of the NHS, and inciting them to take action.
The storyboard broke the script down into 4 distinct messages - Get Ready, Get In, Get On and Go Further,
Using an existing look and feel I advanced the style to include new elements introduced in the storyboard.
The final video is an economic and clear introduction to the Care Certificate, where to access it and its opportunities for career advancement.
