In 2020 I was asked to create contemporary illustrations of the 'Magnificent 7' from series 1 of Auf Wiedersehen Pet for the official fansite. The illustrations quickly became fan favourites and were printed on tshirts, mugs, coasters, bottle openers and greetings cards. So AWP Official approached me again to create a character frieze of the main cast from series 2. Using multiple shots taken from the photoshoot outside the iconic 'Thornley Manor' as reference, I created comic art style digital illustrations of the characters in both colour and grayscale.
